What has happened recently....

Its been long enough since I have posted anything on here so here is what has been going on.. Cameron and I have been putting more pictures up in our apartment (kinda pointless since we move in 2 weeks!!) but while we were putting them up.. Cameron must've been mouthing off to me so here's what happens when you do that..... :)

haha just kidding... I really don't remember why I did this but it was funny when I did.

Maybe I did it after I told him that me and Shayla were going to take a trip to Arizona and I needed money??..... :) Yes-- I took a trip away from my husband-- It was really such a good vacation, but it was sad being away from Cameron for the first time since we've even been engaged! He was a good sport about acting okay with it.. but it was hard. Lets just say it was good to get back home! While down in Az we got to see both Grandma's...

They were so cute. OH! so my (white) grandmother- loves loves loves thrift shopping.. so of course after breakfast with her, she begged shayla and I to go with her just for a little bit. Shayla and I both kinda just moped around not wanting to be there and we walked over to the "boutique" area where stuff was locked up in a glass case... and we both saw this really pretty china set for $100 dollars... Anyway- Later that night we went to Nana's (the other grandma) for her homemade mexican dinner. And we helped her set out dishes, Shay noticed she had that set we saw earlier that day in the thrift store. So Shay asked about them and she said she only has 2 plates because they were her mom's! Nana also mentioned she found 2 plates at a garage sale but each one was $35 so she didn't get them. Anyway Shayla and I called the other grandma to go back and get the huge set for our Nana as a surprise. She did- and Nana called both of us and couldn't express how thankful and happy she was that we did that for her. It was cute. I just thought it was a coincidence that in all the store we weren't really looking at- that the china set stood out enough to recognize them later that night. Kinda cool..

Getting home was fun- we played with Alyssa and Stu's baby a lot and it made me baby hungry so Cameron told me to go hang out with my little sister Maci- to make me realize I really didn't want a child yet :) he's always right. And that trick always works. As cute as Maci is..... She really is the biggest destroyer and gets everything she wants-- its ridiculous! But I took her out for the day and we washed my car, got lunch, went shopping, and then I was ready to give her back to my mom after she....... tried pushing the rolling towel rack away from everyone at the car wash, spilt ketchup on her pants at lunch, tried opening bubble gum because she wanted it, and kept asking me to buy her new clothes! LOL what a cute/crazy 3 year old.

Thats Maci-- the one who climbed in the Towel Basket... thats the one I have been rambling about! :)

RENO?!?

Okay so we found out where we'll be moving during the summer... its not like Florida or California or something fun.... its RENO. haha but we are excited. After we looked more into what we can do there we found out its right by Lake Tahoe so that made things much easier knowing thats near by. As for whats going on before we move... I am taking my break from hair school-- not working-- its not a exciting subject for me. Sitting home and cleaning or trying to figure out what I can do all day long, is not ideal. I am thinking about taking up a cooking class or something that can keep me from going crazy for the next month before we leave. Shayla and Scott my sister and bro in-law... found out they are having a boy... which Cameron and I are very sad we won't be there with them when they have him. Cameron is still working at APX, and will be til we leave in April. Thats about it. We still do date nights like umm 4 times a week. lol-- we like going out and doing stuff. Tonight we went on a picnic, then bowling, and then got some ice cream. It was a fun little date. I need to get better at the whole blogging thing but for right now this is it :)

Our New Life Together

Cameron and I got married on January 17, 2009 in the Manti, Ut Temple-- We are definitely loving being married and hate when we have to spend time away while at work and school. Currently, Cameron is working at the APX alarm warehouse and will be a technician manager in Reno over the summer. I am attending school at Taylor Andrew's and enjoy doing hair very much. (I will be taking a break when we move for the summer) -- I'm still working at a Green Tea weight loss stand in the mall.... Cameron and I spend as much time together as we can when each of us have the night off. We go tanning, watch our favorite MTV shows together, make dinner, go out to dinner, go shopping, anything we can- as long as its together. We love being married and look forward to a wonderful, lasting future together.
